What we collect

Product Bundle Maker reads product, variant, collection and inventory data (titles, SKUs, prices and stock levels) from your Shopify store so it can work out which products qualify for an offer and what the discount should be. We store your shop domain, the offers you configure, and the list of product identifiers each offer applies to.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or process customer personal data, orders, or payment information. Discounts are calculated inside Shopify by a Shopify Function running on Shopify's own infrastructure — cart contents are never sent to our servers.

What we write to your store

To make an offer work, the app writes a metafield to each qualifying product marking it as eligible, and stores the offer terms on an automatic discount in your store. Deleting an offer removes those markers. Uninstalling the app leaves your products unchanged apart from these markers, which stop having any effect once the app is gone.

Data retention and deletion

Offer configuration is kept for as long as the app is installed. When you uninstall, all stored data for your shop is permanently deleted following Shopify's mandatory shop/redact process, within 48 hours. Because we hold no customer data, a customers/redact or customers/data_request webhook has nothing to return or erase, and we record it and take no further action.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The app runs on our own server and communicates only with Shopify's APIs.
